Meet Monic & Faby
Monic is the owner and creative vision behind Goldilocks Studio. Faby brings more than 25 years of hairstyling experience and a gift for making clients feel at home. After more than a decade running a Wellington salon together, they brought that same personal care to Goldilocks.

The Goldilocks Magic
As Monic likes to say, “At Goldilocks Studio, we transform lives and we do magic.” Our name comes from Goldilocks and the Three Bears and the search for what feels “just right.” For Faby, that starts with listening to who you are, how you live, and how you want to feel. And in the spirit of our original tagline, we want to make you look “FABY-lous.”

Goldilocks Studio is a private, full-service boutique hair studio in Wellington, Florida, across from the Mall at Wellington Green. We welcome clients exclusively by appointment so you can relax, feel pampered, and enjoy personalized attention.

Faby brings artistry, technical skill, and care to every detail. She has a way of making people feel welcome from the first meeting. Over time, clients become friends, and many feel like family. Monic, the creative force behind Goldilocks, shaped the studio’s warm, quietly luxurious setting around Faby’s work.
Experience and Lasting Relationships
Faby has more than 25 years of hairstyling experience. For over a decade, she and Monic operated Faby’s Hair Salon at Sola Salons in Wellington, where clients came to trust her precision cutting and color work. Some clients still fly in from around the world for appointments once or twice a year.

Bring a photo of the look you have in mind. Faby will talk with you about what your hair can achieve and adapt the shape, color, and details to suit you while protecting the long-term health of your hair.
Precision That Respects Your Length
When you want to keep your length, Faby can “dust” the ends by trimming just the tips. If she recommends taking off more, she’ll talk it through with you and get your agreement first.
A Warm Welcome for Everyone
Born in Chile and fluent in five languages, including her native Spanish, Faby welcomes clients across cultures. English- and Spanish-speaking clients can share what they want, ask questions, and feel understood.
